CHASING THE SUN

Being new to the photography world, I have really been wanting to do a model shoot where I got to play around a little more without the pressure of a paying client. Mylah (the model) was actually a coworker of mine at my previous job and immediately came to mind when I was planning this shoot. I wanted someone who wouldn’t be afraid to run around and dance in public with me, and I knew I could count on her to be down for a little adventuring.

We quite literally chased the sun up the surrounding hills to get those perfect golden hour photos (which may or may not have made me realize I need to work out a little more this summer). We trudged through some brush and our legs were covered in prickers, but it was soooo worth it!
